  • What is warranty on lights?
    All uplights/led par can lights come with a 2-year warranty on the fixture and a 1-year warranty on the battery. First 6 Months: If there is any defect in your lights within the first 6 months from the purchase date, we will provide a free repair/replacement and cover the shipping cost with a pre-paid shipping label. After 6 Months: If the defect occurs after 6 months but within the warranty period, you can either send the lights back to us for repair, or we can send you the necessary replacement parts at no cost.
  • What is warranty on cold sparklers?
    Cold sparklers are covered with 1 year warranty First 3 Months: If there is any defect in your sparkler within the first 3 months from the purchase date, we will provide repair/replacement shipping label and cover the shipping cost. After 3 Months: If the defect occurs after 3 months but within the warranty period, you will be responsible for shipping defective sparkler to us, and we will cover repair and shipping back to you.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    We offer FREE SHIPPING in continental USA on all new products we sell!
  • What is return policy?
    You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. Please contact us to authorize the return and obtain an RMA number. All returns must be in new condition and include the original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the original packaging is missing or if there are visible signs of use, such as scratches, dents, etc.
  • How fast will I receive my order?
    Most orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day via UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 days, depending on your location. Please contact us if you need to check the exact delivery date or require expedited shipping.
  • Do you ship to Canada/Alaska/Hawaii?
    Yes, we do. However, due to higher shipping rates, we are unable to offer free shipping to these destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your location.
  • Do you ship to countries other than the USA or Canada?

  • How long will the battery last before I need to replace it?
    The lifespan of the battery depends on how often you use your lights and how well you maintain them. It's a good practice to fully charge your lights for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to ensure they are fully charged for your event. We have customers who purchased lights 8 years ago, and many of them are still using the original batteries, which continue to hold a good charge.
